This year we are offering a single day rate if you cannot attend the whole conference. The rate for one day is $300. To attend for one day, please use the one-day registration link below.

Credit card payments are processed through the SECURE SQUARE system. Upon clicking the blue “Submit” button you will be taken to the Square website to enter your credit card information. You will receive a receipt from Square via e-mail. If your receipt is delayed and you need a copy, please e-mail us.
NOTE: The charge to your credit card will be listed as SQUARE **mnemsmd.org. Please be expecting this entry on your credit card statement!

Confirmations/Cancellations Policies:
Please register for the conference as EARLY as possible.
Registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. Registrations received after October 5th WILL NOT be confirmed in writing.
If canceled, the registration fee, minus a $50.00 processing charge, is refundable if notice of cancellation is received by October 5th
No refunds will be made after October 5th.
